Simply Black & White Part Two

My Simply Black & White Event was Saturday night.  It was so  much fun!  I created two additional cards to share with you.

The card above was created using vellum paper embossed and then adding card stock behind allowing the embossed flower to pop.

This card was created with Black Licorice card stock and stamped with  whip cream true color fusion ink. The string is a simple figure eight behind the flower.

Tables were filled with black jelly beans, black licorice, oreos and black and white M & M's for snacking.  A yummy black and white dessert was also offered with black tea!

Most everyone attending showed up in Black and White and we all enjoyed the evening together.

Simply Black & White

Have you ever created with just black and white as your color scheme?  I have been creating cards in this color scheme all week!  Its been fun and challenging at the same time.

I am hosting an event called Simply Black & White and each attendee will create six different cards with this color theme.  

I love the simple elegance of Black and White.  The Fun Stampers Journey Whip Cream Color Fusion Ink is simply stunning on the Black Licorice Card Stock.

The above card was created using one of our new dies called Rose Garden, accented with some ribbon and just because words.

This last card is a great way to celebrate a Birthday.    I have two left to create in this series and I will share them with you later this week.

Sending Big Hugs

Its Tealightful Tuesday Happy Mail on my facebook page Tealightful Stamping and today I am sending a Big Hug.  I can't think of anything better than receiving a "hug" in the mail.  It seems more and more our mailboxes are filled with junk mail. Letters and  cards are the exception and such a welcome surprise when we see them in our mailboxes.

2018-2019 Inspiration Book

I attended the Fun Stampers Journey Convention in Phoenix Arizona the last week of June and had an amazing time.  I could probably fill several blog posts with all the fun and experiences  -  it was simply awesome!  The new Inspiration Book was reveled and it is filled with so many wonderful products and inspiring ideas.
